Using three different cabs in this wine has brought out the finesse of the Horse Heaven Hills while keeping its feet on the ground. Cherry jam and leather finish with a hint of tartness.

This wine is made from 100% Syrah from Lewis Vineyards in Yakima Valley. SILVER MEDAL WINNER at the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition!

This un-oaked chardonnay comes from Smasne Vineyard in Yakima Valley. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, it is pure chardonnay fruit: dry crisp with firm acidity. Think; lemon meringue pie. Yum!
